Services / Web Design and Development
We build fast, accessible websites for operations teams in healthcare, agriculture, and manufacturing. Clean design, production-grade code, and no CMS lock-in.
The problem
Hospital networks, agribusinesses, and manufacturers often have websites that do not reflect what they actually do or who they actually serve. The site was built years ago for a different context and never properly updated.
Patient portals, booking systems, and operational dashboards have specific accessibility and performance requirements that generic web agencies do not account for. Healthcare and industrial operations need websites built for their actual users and compliance requirements.
We build websites that are specific to your domain, fast on any connection, accessible to the audiences you actually serve, and handed over with documentation your team can maintain without depending on us.
Fast, accessible websites that clearly explain what you do and who you serve. Built with Next.js or your preferred stack. Optimized for Core Web Vitals and structured for search.
Appointment booking, patient intake, and secure messaging interfaces built to HIPAA guidelines. Designed for the full range of patients, not just the technically confident.
Web-based interfaces for operations teams to view data, manage workflows, and act on alerts from your data systems. We work alongside our data engineering team to connect these to live data.
If your team needs to update content without developer involvement, we configure a CMS your editors can use. Sanity, Contentful, or headless WordPress depending on your workflow.
Healthcare
Patient-facing websites, appointment and intake systems, and internal portals. Designed for the full range of patients and staff, with HIPAA compliance built into the architecture.
Agriculture
Corporate websites and operational dashboards for large agribusiness operations. Built to work on variable connectivity in the field and display live data from sensor and weather integrations.
Manufacturing
Corporate sites and operational interfaces for manufacturing companies. We connect web dashboards to your existing production data so floor managers can see what matters in real time.
We map your audience, content requirements, and technical constraints. You receive a written scope, sitemap, and component list before design begins.
High-fidelity designs for all key pages. We present in a shared Figma file and iterate based on feedback before any code is written.
Built to the agreed design. Cross-browser tested, performance optimized, and accessibility checked before handover.
DNS, deployment, CMS training, and a handover document your team can use to manage the site going forward. We stay available for 30 days post-launch.
Healthcare websites must meet WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and often need to integrate with patient portals, booking systems, or EHR data. Manufacturing websites typically need product catalog systems with hundreds or thousands of SKUs, live ERP integration for pricing and availability, and structured data for search indexing. Both require performance optimisation for users on variable connections and compliance with industry-specific regulations.
Yes. Every website we build includes a CMS (typically Sanity) that your operations or marketing team can use to update content, add products, publish blog posts, and manage pages without writing code. We train your team during handover and provide documentation for common content operations.
We build product catalog systems using a headless CMS with live ERP integration for pricing and availability data. Products are imported via automated sync from your ERP or spreadsheet system, with faceted search (typically Algolia) for customers to filter by specifications. Schema.org Product markup ensures products appear in search results with rich snippets.
No. We build on Next.js with headless CMS backends like Sanity. This gives better performance (sub-second page loads), stronger security (no plugin vulnerabilities), and more flexibility for integrations with ERP systems, booking platforms, and operational tools. The tradeoff is that it requires specialised development, which is why we handle the build and hand over with full documentation.
